Channel Report
See your form submissions broken down by where customers say they bought — Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, or direct — and by product.

The Channel Report shows which purchase channels your customers come from. It's built from the answers customers give in your forms, so you can see — for example — how many of your registrations came from Amazon buyers versus people who bought direct.
Find it in the left-hand menu under Channel Report, just below Analytics.
Before you start
The report reads the Channel Source field. Add it to the forms in your flows so customers can tell you where they bought. It offers Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, and Direct. See Forms.
If none of your forms ask for a channel yet, the report will be empty.

Pick a period with the date picker, and optionally narrow to one campaign with the All campaigns dropdown.
Check the Submissions total at the top — form submissions in the period you picked.
Look at Channel comparison to see submissions side by side for each purchase channel.
Use Breakdown to dig in. Switch between Group by channel, Group by product, and Product × channel to see which products sell through which channels.
Reviews
Beta
When this is on, you also see Reviews and Review rate alongside submissions — how many customers went on to leave a review, and what share of submissions that is.
Submissions from before Swapt started tracking flow sessions can't be matched to a review, so older periods may show a lower review rate.
