Links
Create trackable short links, each with its own QR code, that send people straight to any web address.
Beta
Links are standalone short links. Each one sends people to a web address you choose, comes with its own QR code, and counts every click. Unlike a QR campaign, a link isn't tied to a product or a flow — use it whenever you just need a short, trackable link or code, like on a flyer, a social post, or a trade-show sign.
You'll find it under Rewards Hub → Links.
Create a link
On the Links page, click Create Link.
Enter the Destination URL — where the link should send people (for example, https://example.com) — and a Title so you can find it later. Add a Description if you like.
Set any options you need (see below), then click Save.
Options
- Use UTM Parameters — add UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content so clicks show up correctly in tools like Google Analytics.
- Expiration Date — the link stops working after this date.
- One-time use — the link works only once. You can only choose this when you first create the link.
- Password — ask people for a password before they're sent on.
Customize the short link
By default the short link ends in a random code. Click the end of the link to customize it with something memorable — letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores only, up to 50 characters.
The link's QR code
Every link has a QR code shown next to its settings.
- Click Customize QR Code to change its colours, pattern, shape, border and text, and logo, then click Apply Changes.
- Use Download to save it as an SVG Vector (best for print and web) or a PNG Image.
Manage your links
The Links page lists every link with its Short Link, Original URL, Clicks, Status, and when it was Last Updated.
- Search links by name or tags, and filter by status.
- On each link, use the buttons to Copy URL, Open URL, or Show QR Code.
- Open a link's Actions menu to Edit or Delete it.
- Select several links to download all their QR codes at once (choose SVG or PNG — more than one downloads as a zip file), download the links as a spreadsheet, or delete them.
Links track clicks only. To capture customer details, hand out rewards, or build a journey after the scan, use a QR campaign with a flow instead.
