Team & Settings
Manage your profile, security, team members and roles, domains, referral codes, API keys, notifications, Claude, and Swapt Labs.
Open Settings from the bottom of the left-hand menu. A row of tabs across the top takes you to each area:
Profile, Subscription, Security, Organization, Domains, Referral Codes, QR Orders, API Keys, Notifications, Connect Claude, Developer, and Swapt Labs.
Some of these only appear when they're switched on for your account.
Looking for your logo, colors, and fonts? Your brand kit now lives in the Library, not Settings. See Library.
Profile
Update your First Name, Last Name, and Organization name. Your email is shown but can't be changed here.
Subscription
Your plan, payment method, usage, and billing history. See Plans & billing.
Security
Change your password — enter your Current Password, then your New Password twice.
Organization
This is where you manage your team. Organization Members lists everyone in your organization with their Role and Status (active, pending, or inactive). You can search by name or email and filter by role or status.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Account Owner | Full access to organization settings and management. Can transfer ownership. |
| Admin | Manage most settings and users. Can change or remove Members and Viewers, but not other Admins or the Account Owner. |
| Member | Everyday work in Swapt, with more limited access. |
| Viewer | Can look around but can't make changes. |
Only the Account Owner can manage Admins. Nobody can remove the Account Owner — ownership only changes hands with Transfer Ownership. If a Viewer tries to change something, Swapt tells them their role is view-only and to ask an organization admin for edit access.
Account Owners and Admins can invite people and give them the Admin, Member, or Viewer role.
Invite a teammate
Go to Settings → Organization and choose Invite Member.
Enter their Email address, First Name, and Last Name, and pick a Role.
They get an invitation email. Once they accept, they join your organization.
Manage members
Open the menu next to anyone in the list to:
- Change Role — give them a different role.
- Resend Invitation — for invites that haven't been accepted yet.
- Transfer Ownership — hand the Account Owner role to someone else (Account Owners only).
- Remove Member — take them out of your organization.
You can also select several members at once to change their role or remove them together.
Domains
Beta
Register short-link domains for your QR codes and links, or add a custom domain you already own. Search for an available domain, then manage everything you own on the My Domains tab. Some accounts also see an Email Addresses tab for the addresses you send email from.
Referral Codes
Create codes that give the people you refer to Swapt a discount. Choose Create Referral Code, then track each code's Discount, Duration, Usage, Status, and Valid Period. You can copy or share a code's referral link from the list.
QR Orders
Your Order History for printed QR stickers and inserts, with each order's payment status, order status (like Processing, Shipped, or Completed), and tracking. See Plans & billing.
API Keys
Create keys for programmatic access to your organization's data. Choose Create API Key, give it a name, and copy the key when it's shown. You can revoke or delete keys at any time, and see when each was last used.
Notifications

Choose which notifications you get In-app and by Email for each category: Promotions & discounts, Campaigns & QR orders, Billing & usage, and Team & account.
Connect Claude
Connect Swapt to Claude so you can run your account by chat — build flows, landing pages, emails, promotions, and prizes, and ask about your analytics, products, and brand. Connecting uses a secure one-click sign-in, so there are no API keys to copy, and you can revoke access anytime.
The page gives you a Connector URL to paste into the Claude app (claude.ai), and a command to use in Claude Code. Once connected, try asking something like "Show me my Swapt analytics for the last 30 days."
Developer
Turn on Developer Mode to view, export, and import the raw data behind your flows and landing pages. Most people won't need this.
Swapt Labs
Swapt Labs lets you try experimental features before they're generally available. Toggles only affect your team, and changes take effect immediately.
Features in Swapt Labs are still evolving. Try them on non-critical campaigns first, and expect them to change.
