Track the reviews your flows send to Yotpo — by day or week, by product, and by reviewer — and export them.

The Yotpo Reviews report shows every review your flows and review forms have sent to Yotpo. Use it to see how many reviews you're collecting, which products they're for, and who left them.
Find it in the left-hand menu under Yotpo Reviews, just below Analytics.
Before you start
Reviews show up here once a flow sends one to Yotpo. To collect them:
- Connect Yotpo on the Integrations page.
- Add a Yotpo: Create Review step to your flow, after the form where customers leave their review. See Node reference.
Read the report
Pick a period with the date picker at the top. Days are counted in UTC, and preview test-runs are left out.
Summary
- Reviews sent — reviews sent to Yotpo in the period.
- Unique reviewers — roughly how many different people left them (matched by email, or by name when no email was captured).
- Average rating — the average star rating across those reviews.
Reviews over time charts your reviews, with a Daily / Weekly switch.
Review breakdown lists each review with its Date, Product, SKU, Customer, Review, Rating, and Status. Status is Sent once Swapt has sent the review, and In Yotpo once Yotpo has confirmed it.
For very busy periods the table shows the latest reviews only — narrow the date range to see the rest. The totals and chart always cover everything.
Export
Choose Export CSV at the top of the page to download the reviews for the period you picked as a spreadsheet.
