Onboarding
A step-by-step tour of the Swapt onboarding wizard — your details, plan, Amazon store, brand kit, team, and terms.
The onboarding wizard runs the first time you sign in and sets up your organization. A progress bar at the top shows where you are in the seven steps, and you can go Back at any time. Several steps have a Skip for now button — anything you skip can be finished later.
If you leave partway through, Swapt picks up where you left off the next time you sign in.
Tell us about yourself
Enter your First name, Last name, and Organization name. Your organization name is how your brand appears inside Swapt.
Choose your plan
Pick a plan and add a payment card (handled securely by Stripe). A card is needed even on the Free plan so Swapt can charge for orders and upgrades later — you aren't charged anything today on Free. Paid plans also ask for a Billing address. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
- Monthly or Annual — use the toggle above the plans to switch. Paying annually saves 15% compared with paying monthly. A few plans are monthly only; for those, contact sales about annual billing.
- Discount code (optional) — if you have one, enter it here. Swapt checks it right away and shows the discount and how many months it lasts, and the price you'll pay today.
Connect your Amazon store
Choose your Marketplace, then pick how to find your products:
- Seller ID — paste your Amazon Seller ID (there's a How do I find my Seller ID? guide right on the page).
- ASIN list — paste your ASINs, separated by line, space, or comma.
- Brand name — type your brand and Swapt finds the best matches.
Not on Amazon, or want to do it later? Choose Skip for now. Shopify stores connect from Integrations after onboarding — see Connect your store.
Confirm your products
Swapt shows the products it found. Name your storefront, uncheck anything you don't want, and choose Looks good to import them.
Your Business DNA
Paste your store's web address and choose Analyze. Swapt pulls your colors, fonts, logo, and brand voice into an editable brand kit — usually in under a minute. Prefer to do it yourself? Choose or upload your assets manually. Edits save as you go, and you can Skip for now and finish it later in the Library.
Invite your team
Add teammates' email addresses and choose a role for each — Member or Admin — then choose Send invitations. You can Skip this and invite people later from Settings → Organization.
Almost there
Scroll through the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tick both boxes to agree, then choose Finish setup. You'll land in Swapt, where the Getting started checklist takes it from here.
Choosing a plan and accepting the terms are required. Everything else can be skipped during onboarding and finished later — see Plans & billing and Team & settings.
